N596GA ununsual approach at BSB/SBBR

This Gulfstream G-V, N596GA came to Brasilia on oct/2005 and performed an ununsual approach, for some time didn't make any contact with the center and approach control, then after pass over the outer marker during the final approach, the captain requested a 360 degrees turn to the right.
